“I grow! We grow! Up up here we go!” Those lyrics will be stuck in your head, and our visuals will be stuck in your eyes because we had an absolute blast animating a music video for Yo Gabba GabbaLand!. Grow With Me can be seen on Episode 9 “Grow” now on Apple TV+.
We all know Yo Gabba Gabba! as playful, fun, and expressive, so Foreign Fauna rose to the occasion by pushing the theme of growth to its highest potential. The goal was to design and animate this short in a way that makes kids and parents want to get up and dance.

Process:
Through squashing and stretching, we explored a wide range of shapes, sizes, and characters, developing a growing individual from initial sketches through to final design. WOMO Studio collaborated closely with us, helping push and pull to refine the environments and animation to make the piece truly sing.
